We're currently based in Robina and service the surrounding Gold Coast suburbs including Varsity Lakes, Mudgeeraba, Merrimac, and Burleigh. We're expanding — join the waitlist if you're outside our area.
How do I know my pet is safe?
Every member of our team is police-checked, fully insured, and trained in pet first aid. You'll receive daily photo updates and can message us anytime during your pet's stay.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking starts. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee — see our terms for details.
Do you handle medication or special needs?
Absolutely. Just let us know in your booking notes and we'll make sure your pet's routine is followed exactly — medication, dietary needs, anxiety management, everything.
How does pricing work?
You pay the listed rate for each service — no hidden fees. Overnight stays start at $65/night with discounts for longer stays. Save even more with our monthly care packages.
Do I need to create an account?
Not upfront. You can browse services and start booking without signing in. We only ask for your email at the final step to confirm your booking.
